Edward Graham of Prince William County aged about Sixty Years being first sworn Saith that he well knew Roger Day & that he many times heard the afores’d. Day say that Patrick Hamrick & he was Brother & Sisters Children & always Acknowledged Hamrick to be his cousen and further Saith not
Edward Graham signed the document with his ‘E’ mark.
Sworn before me John Champe 3d. January 1739 (King George County Deed Book No. 2. p. 300.)
Edward Graham was an adjacent property owner when Roger Day first applied for his land grant. (REF: January 7, 1724/25)
